The BACB grants RBT certification. The BACB application fee ($65) and the exam fee ($45 per attempt) are paid to the BACB and Pearson VUE, not to the Academy.

Seven steps, from your file to the RBT exam.
Steps 1 to 3 are open from day one, in any order. Step 4, an optional shadowing session, and step 5 open when your file is complete and both certificates are issued. Steps 6 and 7 each open after the step before. Choose a step to see it.

- In the assessment you work with a real client and see health information. Every ABA practice requires this training of its staff.

Step 4 · Optional · per session
Shadowing session
- What you do
- Spend two hours at BH Field's practice before your assessment and observe sessions run by BH Field staff, always under direct supervision; you do not provide services.

- You see a real session before you are assessed on one. Optional and sold per session; you can skip straight to the assessment.

Is this program for you?
You can start when all four are true.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
- You can attend your assessment at our practice in Peachtree City, Georgia.
- You are willing to complete the background check and the abuse registry check the BACB attestation records.
Where you are assessed: Designed for Georgia learners for now. The assessment is in person at our practice. Anyone is welcome, but you must travel to Georgia.

You apply here. HR reviews your application and contacts you.
If BH Field makes you an offer, you join the list that receives our open cases.
You apply to a case that fits your area and schedule. Once you are assigned, your supervising BCBA adds you in the BACB portal and you start.
BH Field reviews every application. Sending one is not an offer of employment, and it does not promise one.
