THE TANGIBLE RESULT

Two forms. A clear next step.

One form records the skills you demonstrate. The other records a qualified certificant’s review of the application requirements that apply to this service.

Both forms are signed by the same Responsible Assessor and released together after BH Field review.

Release and scope conditions

Each form has its own purpose and conditions. The Initial Competency Assessment records successful demonstration of every required task, and the Application Attestation records the applicable eligibility and evidence review. The same Responsible Assessor signs both. BH Field releases them together only after both are signed and the documentation review is accepted. You still submit your BACB application and complete the separate examination and certification process.
